Guests are responsible for all breakages and must report any damage before checking out.
• Fires may only be made in the fire pits and braai areas provided.
• Bins are provided for litter. Please use them.
• The right of admission to this property is reserved. We do not allow any day visitors and reserve the right to refuse entry, decline accommodation, or expel any persons for misconduct or any reason we, in our sole view, deem reasonable.
• Management will not assume responsibility for any occurrences beyond their control, including inclement weather, electricity grid failures, load shedding, or noise from adjacent properties.
• Rooms should, under normal circumstances, be ready for occupation from 14:00 on the day of arrival. Please vacate rooms by no later than 09:00 on the day of departure to allow staff to prepare rooms for the next guests.
• Smoking is only allowed in designated areas; NO SMOKING WILL BE ALLOWED INSIDE ANY BUILDINGS.
• During normal working hours, keys will be handed over to the guest after payment and administration. Special arrangements for key collection must be made for late arrivals.
• Please do not use guest rooms for business activities or any purposes other than accommodation use.
• Visitors are only allowed in guest rooms with management approval.
• Management is not responsible for lost items. Please lock the doors when you leave.
• Parking is available free of charge for all house guests.
• Access to the premises is controlled by management, and the right of admission is reserved.
• We cannot accept responsibility for the loss or theft of any articles while your car is parked in the parking areas.
• No cigarette buds, cotton buds, tampons, sanitary pads, or any other material other than toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet.
• No pets are allowed except by prior arrangement with management.
• NO LOUD MUSIC ALOUD… NO LOUD NOISE AND MUSIC AFTER 21:00.
